Founder & Creative Director
A monk for ten years before he was a designer, and the owner of four businesses since. That combination turns out to be useful: he can sit with a founder's real challenges, and he can also read a P&L.
He sets the strategy and the creative direction across every project — the goals, the offer, the audience, the plan. A background in screenwriting, storytelling and photography sits under all of it, and shows up in how the work is framed.
Art Director
Three decades of graphic and web design, including years as VP of street marketing at Thrive Records in the Los Angeles electronic music scene. Most of the marks on the work page are hers.
She has designed one client's entire product line for fifteen years, and another's since 2008. That kind of loyalty is earned.
Brand Strategist
An anthropologist by training — BA and MA — an unexpected and excellent background for brand work. She studies people for a living, then writes to them.
She owns the message, the audience and the offer: who is buying, what they're weighing you against, and what inspires them to act. In English and Spanish.

Practicalities
We work between Colombia and Sedona, Arizona, and collaborate remotely with clients across the Americas and beyond.
We work in English and Spanish, take on a limited number of clients at a time, and are at home with nonprofit procurement and formal RFPs.
