Using this site
You're welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please don't copy the site's design or code, try to break or overload it, or use it to send spam through the contact form. The site is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Who owns what's here
The writing, design, photography and code on this site belong to Digital Samadhi, LLC. Client work is shown with permission and remains the property of those clients — their names, logos and trademarks belong to them. If you think something here infringes your rights, email us and we'll look at it straight away.
Prices shown here
The $125 hourly rate, the $1,000 day rate and the monthly plan prices on this site are our current standard rates in US dollars. They're an accurate description of what we charge, not a binding offer: the price for your work is the one written in your proposal or agreement. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects an active monthly plan.
Hourly and project work
Hourly work is billed at $125 an hour, or $1,000 for a full day. Project work is quoted as one flat rate, agreed in writing before anything starts. For hourly work we scope it and send a written estimate first, and we don't begin until you approve it. Payment is 50% to begin and 50% on completion, unless your agreement says otherwise. If the work turns out to need materially more hours than estimated, we tell you before we spend them — we never exceed an approved estimate without your say-so.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans run month to month with no long contract. What each plan includes is agreed with you in writing before it starts. You can end a plan by telling us before your next billing date; you own the work we've made for you, and you leave with everything.
Links and embedded content
This site links to other sites — client websites and Calendly — and embeds films from YouTube and Vimeo. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content.
Liability
We do our work carefully and stand behind it. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, and our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the work concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
